Who is responsible

This site is run by Trading Ideas (Darshan Jain) (data fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). Contact: [email protected].

Without signing in

We store nothing about you: no tracking cookies, no ads, no analytics tags. Pages are served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address) for security.

If you sign in with Google

Sign-in is optional and only for people aged 18 or older. Google tells us your email address. We store your email, your watchlist, the screens you save, and the dates you joined and last used the site. A cookie keeps you signed in for 90 days. We never receive your Google password. The sign-in page loads Google's sign-in script.

Why we keep it

Only to run the screener, watchlist and saved screens for you. We do not use it for marketing, do not sell it, and do not use it for any other Trading Ideas product (including paid services on tradingidea.net) unless you separately agree to that.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare (hosting and the database that holds your account) and Google (sign-in). Both act on our behalf; we share your data with no one else.

How long we keep it

While you use the site. An account not used for 24 months is deleted automatically. When you delete your account, your email, watchlist and saved screens are removed at once; backup copies kept by our database provider expire within 30 days.

Your rights

You can see your data (your watchlist page), correct it, and delete it (on the watchlist page choose "Delete my account"). For any other request or a complaint, write to [email protected]; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
